We kindly ask to leave the room till 10:00 am. This leaves us enough time for cleaning the room before next guests arrive. If You need later departure, please ask when You check-in to see if it is possible.

The Seven Stars Accommodation is payable on cards.

Air conditioning – Environment friendly ?

We thank You to turn off the air conditioning when You are not in the room and contribute to preserve the environment.

Assistance ?

Cleaning ?

The room shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client. When leaving, we thank You to leave the room in a reasonable condition, with all rubbish disposed of correctly. If not, an additional cleaning fee will be charged 15 EUR/hour .

Departure ?

Please vacate the room by 10 am. It gives time to ensure the cleaning before the next guests arrive. If You require a later departure please ask when You check-in if this is possible. We will try to accommodate You, providing our next arrival is not early the same day. With advance notice that we can organize for You transfer or taxi.

Drinking water ?

The water out of the taps is safe to drink.

Hot water system ?

The hot water cylinders provide a good hot water supply to the room. However the switch for cylinder is easy to turn accidentally and You will run out of hot water. It has a different symbol from the light switch.

Internet

Wireless name: SEVEN STARS ACCOMMODATION Wireless key: Seven777Please do not change password as next guests will then not be able to get connection.

Room cards

Please keep your room cards. In case the card is lost, the guest will be charged a fee of 250 kuna.

Maintenance

Please contact us immediately if there is a maintenance issue. We try to fix problem as soon as possible after being notified. Please bear in mind that for service such as the internet or electricity, we reply on suppliers and there may be delays. Thank You for understanding.

Medical assistance

May You require medical or dental assistance, please contact us. The emergency numbers are provided on next couple of pages.

Noise & Behavior

Loud music and parties are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. If parties or loud music are heard, or neighbors complain and/or police are called, it can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night. QUIET TIME IS EVERY DAY FROM 22:00 PM to 10:00 AM. We appreciate Your collaboration in this matter.

Rubbish

We thank You to take the rubbish down the stairs between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Rubbish will be collected during the night or early morning. PLEASE DO NOT LET RUBBISH AFTER YOU. Thank You!

Security

Zagreb is a safe place. However do not forget to close the doors and window when You leave the room.
